UKG Dimensions mobile app - Clock in application
Everyone needs to be able to clock in and out at some point during the day. If you are approved to clock in on your phone, then the UKG Dimensions app is necessary to do so. You can download it through your phone's app store. Just search for "UKG Dimensions", which is developed by Kronos, and download it to your phone.
After it is downloaded, open the app on your phone. You will need to allow location data and notifications when the app prompts you to allow them. You will be asked to enter a "Tenant URL" into the app in order to direct where your clock in information goes. This can be done in one of two ways:
- Clicking "Scan" and scanning the QR code (provided in the attached PDF);
- Typing (or copy-pasting) the following URL into the "Tenant URL" field:
You will then log into the application using your @brunswickncsheriff.gov email address and password in order to clock in and out. If you need to reset your password, you can do so using the steps outlined in our article: How can I change my Microsoft password
