Support

Employees should use the online support ticket system to request computer service.  Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

You should create a support ticket if you’re an employee of the BCSO and are experiencing problems with:

  • E-mail
  • Hardware (Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, etc)
  • Internet Connections
  • Sheriff’s Office Software
  • Phones
  • Other Computer-Related Problems
