Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigative Unit are asking for the community’s assistance in locating a Supply man wanted for felony larceny.
Rodney Wayne Suggs, 46, of Pisgah Road, is wanted for felony larceny stemming from an incident that occurred at the Walgreens in Supply on September 15, 2014. Additionally, Suggs has outstanding warrants for assault on a female, false imprisonment as well as probation violation.
Suggs is a white male, stands 5’9″ and weights approximately 200lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Agents with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit, along with detectives from the Criminal Investigative Unit and South End Task Force, have arrested two on multiple charges.
Terry Ray Chaney, 25, of Goosebreak Drive in Shallotte, was arrested on Friday night for felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver (PWIMSD) a Schedule VI controlled substance, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. A search of Chaney’s vehicle led to the seizure of approximately eight ounces of marijuana and a small amount of cocaine. Detectives with the BCSO Investigative Unit and South End Task Force also charged Chaney with outstanding warrants of felony breaking and entering and larceny after breaking and entering stemming from an incident that occurred on February 18, 2014 in Ocean Isle Beach. Chaney, a validated gang member, is currently being detained in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $2,020,000.00 bond.
Further investigation led to a search warrant being executed by the BCSO DEU that same evening at the residence of Andre Montrel Thomas in the 8000 block of Catawba Lane in Ash. Thomas, 29, was charged with felony maintaining a dwelling house at the Catawba Lane address, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, felony manufacturing marijuana, and felony PWIMSD marijuana. Over a pound of marijuana was seized from the residence as a result of the search. Thomas was processed then later released from the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $30,000.00 bond.
